The 1927 AGM is called, with new names added to the committee.

2nd Yearly Meeting held July 7th 1927

The minutes of previous meeting were read and conformed. Moved by Mr E Shears, seconded by Mr Fred Johnson and Carried.

The financial Statement of the Band was given by the Secretary, it was moved by Mr Geo Thistle, seconded by Mr J Tindall and was carried as Satisfactory.

Moved by Wm Crawford Jnr, Sec by Mr Thistle that we get a book for the Librarian to register Music Lent out.

Moved by Wm Crawford that the Secretary & Treasurer retain £1 working expenses, all other money to be banked.
