Ticket prices for a fundraising concert have to be removed because of the 1916 entertainment tax law.

Meeting Held April 9

The report of the deputation to Mr Halliday was given and it was moved by J Rice Sec Crawford as satisfactory.

Concert. After discussion on Entertainment Tax it was moved by Mr Thistle, Sec Mr Tilley that we dispense with 9d tickets.

Garden Fete, Whit Monday. It was moved by Mr Crawford, Sec by Mr Tilley that we interview Mr Heron.

It was moved by Mr Thistle Sec by Mr Rice that Mr Ledgerwood be installed as conductor of Lynemouth Band and that the position of Chairman be rescinded.

It was moved by Mr Crawford, Sec by Mr Thistle that all new members joining the Band come before the committee.

It was moved by Mr Thistle, Sec by Mr Rice that we see Secretary of Club with a view to getting an extension of time with instruments pending developments at Colliery Office.

The minutes of previous meeting were read and conformed.

The report of the Deputation to Mr Holliday was given and was moved by Mr Crawford Sec by Mr Fred Johnson that it be accepted as satisfactory.

The following members of the Committee were elected as a deputation to meet Mr JJ Hall.

The question of Trustees was given and after discussion names were suggested as nominees for the same.

Meeting Held April 23

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and conformed.

The report of the Deputation was given by Mr McPhearson and after discussion it was moved by Mr J Rice Sec by J Tindall that the same deputation stand, to again meet the Club committee to purchase the Instruments and the limit be £210.

Mr R Green came before this committee and was admitted as a playing member of the Band.
